Define Self Discovery. How can others aid in the process of self discovery? Discuss the ways in which a person/group of people can help you to discover something within yourself you never thought possible?

Describe a time in your life when you were influenced in a positive way. How did this experience transform you?  2-3 paragraphs

In your notebook: Based on Reading Rowan and Walker discuss the following in 2-3 paragraphs – Using Concrete Examples and Quotes!!!!

Discuss the external influences that have helped shape the lives of the authors? How can external influences shape our perspective (understanding of the world)?

 Tips:

•Introduce both Rowan and Walker. Discuss external influences. Relate to both works and in your second and third paragraph.. give concrete examples…. With a quote for each paragraph!

•Must use concrete examples from the reading to support your statements

•Must provide at least one quote for each selected reading to support your statements.

•You must cite your quote by using quotation marks, parentheses and page numbers.
