PART 1: Martin Seligman - WATCH AND TAKE NOTES- YOU WILL NEED NOTES FOR THE Fishbowl on 1/29.... 

PART 2: WRITE - IN YOUR NOTEBOOK-  TAKE NOTES... EXTRACT QUOTES And JOT DOWN MAJOR IDEAS That RELATE to the topics we are discussing IN CLASS. IN ORDER TO be a  SCHOLAR in the SEMINAR .. you must be knowledgeable.. TAKING NOTES will BE YOUR GUIDE!!

* According to Seligman.. How can happiness be measured? Are there ways to achieve it? Discuss Two Ways... Provide at least two examples alongside QUOTES and (In-Text Citation).  For Example,

 (Seligman 2:05) Speaker and  Time. 

* What became the inspiration for Seligman's research ? How does this compare to past psychological approaches to the study of  mindset ?
